Автоматизированный запрессовщик замков Ð°Ð²Ñ‚Ð¾Ð¼Ð¾Ð±Ð¸Ð»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ¼Ð½ÐµÐ¹ безопасности

Abstract

В этой работе был реализован человеко-машинный интерфейс автоматизированного запрессовщика замков автомобильных ремней безопасности. Разработанная система предназначена для использования в качестве операторской панели на базе промышленного компьютера с сенсорным экраном. Конечный вариант Человеко-машинного интерфейса способен осуществлять контроль всех процессов, диагностику системы, вести учёт произведённых операций. В процессе выполнения данной задачи были изучены процесс запрессовки замков автомобильных ремней безопасности, работа с MES системой, разработка человеко-машинного интерфейса. Также был произведен выбор оборудования, необходимого для реализации данного технического процесса. Итогом работы стало составление инструкции пользователя.
