Автоматизированный участок Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¾Ð¾Ð±Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ¸ деталей для коробок скоростей

Abstract

В работе был спроектирован автоматизированный участок механообработки деталей для коробки скоростей, который состоит из участка комплектации и систем складирования. На данном участке производятся полностью автоматизированные токарная и фрезерная обработки промежуточного вала коробки скоростей. Для размещения станочных комплексов на участке расположен мостовой кран грузоподъемностью 32 тонны. Для перегрузки и транспортирования деталей между станочными комплексами используются автоматизированные тележки, роликовые конвейеры, краны-штабелеры и роботы-манипуляторы.
