Abstract

В работе рассмотрена товароведная характеристика плодов яблок, включая строение, пищевую ценность, основные помологические сорта, товарную обработку, упаковку, маркировку, правила приемки, требования к качеству, хранению, основные болезни и повреждения этих плодов, а также проведена экспертиза качества свежих яблок, полученных в Санкт-Петербург из разных стран-поставщиков.
