Цилиндр среднего давления паротурбинной установки мощностью 300 МВт

Abstract

Ð’ данной выпускной квалификационной работе бакалавра представлен расчет цилиндра среднего давления паровой конденсационной турбины мощностью 300 МВт. Работа содержит четыре основные главы: «Термо- и газодинамический расчет», в которой приведена измененная тепловая ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° турбины и представлен расчет системы РППВ, расчет закрутки потока на последней ступени ЦСД и оптимизация проточной части в программе OPTI; «Конструкция паротурбинной установки», в которой содержится описание конструкции и назначения турбины; «Прочностная оценка Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² конструкции». Ð’ этой главе приведены прочностные и вибрационные расчеты Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÑ Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð² турбины: рабочей лопатки, диска и ротора. «Выбор оптимального относительного шага турбинной решетки». Ð’ ней рассматривается конструкция турбинной решетки и влияние изменения относительного шага на кромочные потери. При уменьшении шага возрастают кромочные потери. Прочностные расчеты производятся средствами Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð¼Ð¼Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð°ÐºÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð² ANSYS и MathCad.
