Abstract

Построены модели Ð¿Ð»Ð¾ÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ðº Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð±Ð¸Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ„Ð¸Ð»ÐµÐ¹ для расчета в программном пакете ANSYS CFX. Модели разбиты конечноразностными элементами (расчетной сеткой). Проведено исследование влияния количества элементов расчетной сетки на результаты расчета. Установлены рациональные для данной задачи способ задания Ð³Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸Ð¹ и модель турбулентности. Проведено численное исследование влияния высоты лопатки на вторичные потери в Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÑ‚ÐºÐ°Ñ Ñ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð±Ð¸Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ„Ð¸Ð»ÐµÐ¹ при Ð·Ð°Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑƒÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸ÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹. Выполнен анализ структуры потока в Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÑ‚ÐºÐ°Ñ . Вычислены и построены зависимости Ð²Ñ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ€ÑŒ в Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÑ‚ÐºÐ°Ñ . Сопоставлены полученные результаты с экспериментальными и теоретическими данными.
