Abstract

Ð’ первой главе выпускной квалификационной работы магистра определены основные тенденции на рынке ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ ÑƒÑÐ»ÑƒÐ³ в мире, России, Санкт-Петербурге, а также Ð¾Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð·Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð° деятельность ООО «Алиса». Во второй главе выпускной квалификационной работы магистра определены основы понятия и значение конкурентоспособности организации в ÑƒÑÐ»Ð¾Ð²Ð¸ÑÑ Ñ€Ñ‹Ð½ÐºÐ°, систематизированы факторы, обеспечивающие конкурентные преимущества организации, а также представлены методические Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ñ‹ к оценке конкурентоспособности организации. Ð’ третьей главе выпускной квалификационной работы магистра представлена проведен анализ конкурентной среды ООО «Алиса», а также анализ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑƒÑ€ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ¸Ð¼ÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð² ООО «Алиса». Ð’ третьей главе выпускной квалификационной работы магистра также разработаны рекомендации по развитию ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑƒÑ€ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ¸Ð¼ÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð² ООО «Алиса», а в четвертой главе приведено экономическое обоснование мероприятий по развитию ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐºÑƒÑ€ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ñ€ÐµÐ¸Ð¼ÑƒÑ‰ÐµÑÑ‚Ð² организации.
