Исследование и модернизация револьверной головки PM-250 с Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ñ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ð¼ приводом

Abstract

Цель работы: исследовать и модернизировать револьверную головку PM-250 путем упрощения конструкции и замены гидропривода на электромеханический двигатель. В дипломной работе разработана кинематическая схема револьверной головки. Произведен анализ возможных типов передачи вращения. Выполнены следующие расчеты: расчет силовых характеристик, рассчитать особенности проектирования приводов инструментальных барабанов станков с ЧПУ. Выполнить исследование влияния ошибки угла РГ на точность обработки.
