Применение вейвлет-преобразования для сжатия данныÑ

Abstract

В данной работе проведен аналитический обзор методов сжатия цифровых изображений с потерями и без потерь. Изложены основы вейвлет-анализа и показана применимость вейвлет-преобразования к задаче сжатия цифровых изображений. Предложен метод сжатия цифровых изображений с потерями на основе вейвлет-преобразования. Разработан план эксперимента и проведены испытания предложенного метода с различными типами вейвлет-функций. Проведен анализ полученных практических результатов.
