Разработка проекта миграции к гибкой Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ðµ предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð±Ñ‹Ð» проведена в крупной фармацевтичеÑкой организации. Ðазвание компании не указано. Целью выпуÑкной квалификационной работы ÑвлÑетÑÑ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚ÐºÐ° проекта миграции к гибкой Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ðµ предприÑтиÑ, а также опиÑание реализации данного проекта. Ð’ Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐºÐ°Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð±Ð¾Ñ‚Ñ‹ были опиÑаны AS IS Ð±Ð¸Ð·Ð½ÐµÑ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑÑ‹ компании и AS IS Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑŒ компании. Были Ñмоделированы TO BE Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð° компании на Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð°Ñ†Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾ÐµÐºÑ‚Ð° и Ñ†ÐµÐ»ÐµÐ²Ð°Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ð½Ð°Ñ Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑŒ компании, проанализированы ÑущеÑтвующие методологии разработки Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñ‹ предприÑтиÑ, проанализированы Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð»Ð¸Ñ‡Ð¸Ñ Ð¼ÐµÐ¶Ð´Ñƒ традиционными и гибким Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð°Ð¼Ð¸ к Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ðµ. Проанализирована деÑтельноÑть компании, приведены модели Ð±Ð¸Ð·Ð½ÐµÑ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑов и Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ñ‹ предприÑтиÑ, разработаны модели мотивационного раÑÑˆÐ¸Ñ€ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¸ Ñтруктуры команды проекта. Результаты, полученные в данной работы могут быть иÑпользованы различными компаниÑми Ð´Ð»Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸Ð½ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ñ Ð¾ Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ к гибкой Ð°Ñ€Ñ Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐºÑ‚ÑƒÑ€Ðµ предприÑÑ‚Ð¸Ñ Ð² компании.
The development of the migration project to the flexible architecture of the enterprise was carried out in a large pharmaceutical organization. Company name is not specified. The goal of the final qualification work is to develop a migration project to the flexible architecture of the enterprise, as well as a description of the implementation of this project. As part of the work, ASIS described the company's business processes, and the ASIS architectural model of the company. The TOBE architecture of the company was modeled on different iterations of the project and the target architectural model of the company, the existing methodologies for the development of the enterprise architecture were analyzed, the differences between the traditional and agile approaches to architecture were analyzed. The company's activity is analyzed, business process and enterprise architecture models are presented, models of motivational expansion and structure of the project team are developed. The results obtained in this work can be used by various companies to decide on the transition to a agile enterprise architecture in the company.
