Abstract

Ð’ выпускной квалификационной работе проведен анализ конструкции секции рамы нижней ЭКГ-15, оценена свариваемость материала, выбран оптимальный способ сварки полуавтоматическая в среде Ð·Ð°Ñ‰Ð¸Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ð°Ð·Ð¾Ð², рассчитаны оптимальные сварочные режимы, выбраны сварочные материалы наиболее Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´ÑÑ‰Ð¸Ðµ для данной конструкции, выбрано сварочное оборудование (полуавтомат Kemppi FastMig M 320), назначены способы контроля ÑÐ²Ð°Ñ€Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¾ÐµÐ´Ð¸Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ (ВИК, УЗД), разработан Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс сборки и сварки данной конструкции.
