Abstract

В работе выполнен литературный обзор по сварке теплоустойчивых, аустенитных и разнородных сталей в машиностроении. Изучено назначение корпуса реактора и переходной втулки. Сформулированы цели и задачи, требующие решения в выпускной работе. Выбран и обоснован способ сварки. Рассчитана предварительная температура подогрева изделия при наплавке. Механизирован процесс сборки и сварки конструкции. Выбран сварочный стенд для сварки, предложено сварочное приспособление для фиксации и центрирования изделий. Усовершенствована конструкция автомата для сварки и скомпонованы новые узлы. Рассчитаны режимы сварки, выбраны сварочные материалы. Разработан технологический процесс сварки переходных деталей к корпусным деталям реактора. Подтверждена технологическая целесообразность автоматизации процесса сварки.
