Разработка Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ сборки и сварки крышки картера

Abstract

Проведено литературное исследование на тему сварка алюминия и алюминиевых сплавов в машиностроении и судостроении. Проанализировано на-значение картера и приведено описание конструкции, сформулированы цели и задачи, требующие решения в выпускной работе. Выбран и обоснован способ сварки, подтверждено, что импульсно-дуговая сварка улучшает качество сварных швов и увеличивает производительность труда по сравнению с аргонодуговой сваркой неплавящимся электродом, выбрано импортное оборудование и проведено его сравнение с отечественными аналогами, назначены мероприятия по снижению сварочных деформаций и напряжений, контроль сварных соединений. Предложена технологическая схема сборки и сварки конструкции. Выбраны режимы сварки. Разработан технологический процесс сборки и сварки изделия.
