Abstract

Целью работы является разработка малошумящего усилителя, приемо-передающего модуля S-диапазона, активной фазированной антенной решетки радиолокационной станции, выполненной в гибридно-интегральном исполнении. Ð’ результате проделанной работы, Ð¸ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´Ñ из Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ задания, были определены требования к малошумящему усилителю, используемому в активной фазированной антенной решётке. Произведен расчетов элементов, Ð½ÐµÐ¾Ð±Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ð¼Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð»Ñ создания малошумящего усилителя. Разработана принципиальная ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ð° малошумящего усилителя. Задание на выпускную квалификационную работу выполнено в полном объеме.
