Abstract

Основной целью работы является анализ Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ðº излучения плазмы Ð¼Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ñ€ÑÐ´Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð¾Ð², получаемой в малоиндуктивном капиллярном разряде с длинной волны в диапазоне 1÷50 нм. Диагностирование Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ðº рентгеновского излучения осуществлялось методом фольг с помощью полупроводникового Si-диода. Результатом работы являются проанализированные Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ рентгеновского излучения. Также проведено расчетное измерение пропускаемого количества рентгеновского излучения сквозь фольгу из Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¼Ð°Ñ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸Ð°Ð»Ð¾Ð². Проведена диагностика Ñ„Ð¸Ð·Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ†ÐµÑÑÐ¾Ð², Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÐºÐ°ÑŽÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð² плазме. Рассчитан зарядовый состав плазмы, её оптическая толщина и расчет удельной мощности излучения. Получены осциллограммы и Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸ÐºÐ¸ Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ рентгеновского излучения методом полупроводникового Si- диода
