Abstract

Объектом исследования является торговая сеть ООО «ИКЕА». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является изучение системы управления персоналом в международных компаниях. Методология исследования: Теоретической и методологической основой исследования является учебная и научная литература, посвященная вопросам управления персоналом в международных компаниях. На основе анализа системы управления персоналом были выделены основные системы мотивации и стимулирования персонала торговой сети ООО «ИКЕА» . Были предложены мероприятия развития организации и особенности мотивации персонала. Проведен анализ системы управления персоналом организации, включая анализ российского мебельного рынка ИКЕА.
