Abstract

Проведен анализ жизнеспособности и остеогенного потенциала ММСК костного мозга при росте на гранулах «Биосит-СРЭлкор». Показано, что микрочастицы, выкрашивающиеся из материала, негативно влияют на жизнеспособность ММСК. Исследованы способы очистки материала от микрочастиц. Оценено влияние покрытия гранул материала коллагеном I типа на жизнеспособность ММСК на биоситалле. Показано, что мезенхимные стромальные клетки хорошо адгезируют к поверхности материала, покрытого коллагеновым гелем. Исследованы остеоиндуктивные свойства материала с помощью оценки удельной активности щелочной фосфатазы и выявления экспрессии остеокальцина.
