Abstract

В данной работе описано получение простых моделей фоторецепторной дегенерации сетчатки для скрининга синтезированных молекулярных фотопереключателей, которые в перспективе могли бы применяться для протезирования утраченного зрения. Было предложено два варианта: модель с механическим удалением слоя фоторецепторов и модель дегенерации, вызванной действием антибиотика туникамицина. Также на основе предложенных моделей был проведен первичный скрининг нескольких новосинтезированных фотопереключателей, и было показано, что они не способны влиять на светочувствительность сетчатки с фоторецепторной дегенерацией.
