Abstract

В данной работе изложена сущность проведения сравнительного анализа подходов к сегментации рынка. Рассмотрены теоретические аспекты сегментации рынка, в частности дано определение понятия сегментации, проведены существующие подходы к сегментации и методы оценки эффективности сегментации. Проведен анализ деятельности предприятия и внешней среды, в том числе использован метод SWOT-анализа. Разработаны рекомендации по совершенствованию деятельности организации на основе социологического подхода к сегментации рынка.
