Интегративная модель эмоционального интеллекта преподавателя (на примере преподавателей иностранного языка)

Abstract

Ð’ данной работе раскрывается содержание и структура феномена «эмоциональный интеллект», анализируются современные Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ñ‹ к его определению. Рассматриваются различные модели, Ð¿Ð¾Ð´Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ñ‹ и методики измерения эмоционального интеллекта. Изучена роль эмоционального интеллекта в аспекте успешной педагогической деятельности. На основе проанализированного материала разработана авторская интегративная мини-модель эмоционального интеллекта и шкала его измерения, актуальная для современной образовательной системы.
