Abstract

В данной работе разработан эскизный проект робота для диагностики трубопроводов сложной формы. Робот состоит из приводных модулей, промежуточных модулей и технологического модуля, содержащего необходимое оборудование для диагностики трубопровода. Рассмотрены классы трубопроводов, виды дефектов трубопроводов и различные методы диагностирования. Произведен обзор аналогов робота и выявлены их недостатки. Для создания эскизного проекта нового специального диагностического робота была разработана кинематическая схема, проведены необходимые расчёты и выбраны комплектующие изделия для модулей робота. Также рассмотрены вопросы охраны труда и техники безопасности.
