Повышение качества диагностики трубопроводов сложной формы путём создания специального диагностического комплекса

Abstract

В работе разработан эскизный проект комплекса для диагностики трубопроводов сложной формы. Специальный диагностический комплекс состоит из микроавтобуса, который оснащён роботом, кабельным барабаном, автономным источником энергии, компрессором, треногой, лебёдкой, пультом управления. Робот состоит из приводных модулей, промежуточных модулей и технологического модуля, содержащего необходимое оборудование для диагностики трубопровода. Рассмотрены методы диагностирования трубопроводов. Произведен обзор аналогов роботизированных комплексов и выявлены их недостатки. Для создания эскизного проекта нового диагностического комплекса подобраны комплектующие изделия для осуществления диагностики трубопроводов. Проведено технико-экономическое обоснование проекта. Составлен план внедрения комплекса. Также рассмотрены вопросы охраны труда и техники безопасности.
