Разработка системы управления запасами сырья для ООО "Бемик-СПб"

Abstract

На основе анализа моделей управления запасами, необходимо выбрать модель, при которой загрузка склада будет максимальной. На предприятии запасы сырья являются одной из самой значимой составляющей, так как большую часть затратов уходит именно на них и от эффективного управления ими зависит прибыльность организации. В данной работе проведены расчеты по каждой модели, приведен АВС-анализ оптимального использования складских помещений.
