Abstract

Объектом исследования является ООО «ОБИ». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является снижение рисков и убытков компании, разработка новой системы перевозок и расчет рациональных маршрутов доставки скоропортящихся грузов. На основе анализа технико-экономических и финансовых показателей, определено положение компании на рынке, определены сильные и слабые стороны ООО «ОБИ».
