Влияние режима дуговой сварки покрытыми электродами и толщины пластин на диффузию водорода в низколегированной стали

Abstract

В работе произведен анализ научно-технической информации о влиянии водорода на свойства сварных соединений, образование холодных трещин и флокенов. Произведен анализ разработанных моделей диффузии водорода в металле. Разработана программа для расчета диффузии водорода, оценено влияние толщины металла, температуры подогрева, а также режима сварки (глубины проплавления) на диффузию водорода.
