Abstract

Целью выпускной квалификационной работы - предложение комплекса организационно-методических мероприятий, позволяющих улучшить административное производство при рассмотрении дел об административных правонарушениях. В процессе работы проведен анализ действующей нормативно-правовой базы в сфере административного производства, проанализировано современное состояние отечественного и зарубежного административного права. Были выявлены актуальные проблемы, которые препятствуют развитию административного производства. Разработаны механизмы административного права в Санкт-Петербурге, включающие в себя предложения по изменению законодательной базы Санкт-Петербурга, а также изменение Единого портала государственных услуг. Реализация предложенных мер даст положительные результаты в административном производстве Санкт-Петербурга.
