Abstract

В данной работе представлены подходы к изучению копинг-стратегий и психических состояний. Изучены особенности спортивной и соревновательной деятельности. Изложены результаты исследования: результатом стало выявление особенностей совладающего поведения у фигуристов с разным опытом успешности соревновательной деятельности. Были определены тип поведенческой активности и психические состояния, характерные для всех профессиональных спортсменов, которые принимали участие в исследовании.
