Бюджетирование как инструмент финансового планирования

Abstract

Объектом исследования является ООО «ПетроКам»; Цель работы – исследование эффективности системы бюджетирования на предприятии. Исследованы теоретико-методические основы организации процесса бюджетирования как инструмента финансового планирования на предприятии. Проведен анализ финансового состояния на примере ООО «ПетроКам». Сформированы актуальные направления повышения эффективности системы бюджетирования на примере ООО «ПетроКам» с учетом авторского подхода. Проведено обоснование эффективности предложенных рекомендаций.
