Стратегическое финансовое планирование предприятия и пути его совершенствования (на примере ООО «БалтКам»)

Abstract

Объектом исследования является ООО «БалтКам». Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ стратегического финансового планирования ООО «БалтКам» для принятия решения о мерах по совершенствованию финансового планирования на предприятии. Проведен анализ финансовой деятельности предприятия ООО «БалтКам» для оценки существующего положения. Были разработаны мероприятия по усовершенствованию процесса стратегического финансового планирования ООО «БалтКам». Реализация мер по стратегическому финансовому планированию приведет к повышению прибыли ООО «БалтКам».
