Abstract

Тема выпускной работы относится к области Ð¸Ð½Ñ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼Ð°Ñ†Ð¸Ð¾Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÐ¸ÑÑ‚ÐµÐ¼ для автоматизации процесса оценки компетенций персонала. Ð’ данной работе исследован процесс оценки ÐºÐ»ÑŽÑ‡ÐµÐ²Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿ÐµÑ‚ÐµÐ½Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ персонала, изучены методы. Рассмотрены существующие типовые решения и проведено Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ€Ð°Ð²Ð½ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ðµ. На основе ÑÑ„Ð¾Ñ€Ð¼ÑƒÐ»Ð¸Ñ€Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€ÐµÐ±Ð¾Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ð¹ к системе была спроектирована автоматизированная система оценки ÐºÐ»ÑŽÑ‡ÐµÐ²Ñ‹Ñ ÐºÐ¾Ð¼Ð¿ÐµÑ‚ÐµÐ½Ñ†Ð¸Ð¹ пользователей. Продемонстрированы этапы программной реализации – клиент-серверного приложения, базы Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ . Ð’ заключении рассмотрены особенности внедрения.
