Abstract

В работе представлен проект общественного здания с конструированием подземной части из высокопрочных бетонов. В результате выполнения проекта были разработаны объемно-планировочные решения здания, схема планировочной организации земельного участка, произведен расчет на постоянные, временные нагрузки и их сочетания, выполнен проект организации строительства, составлена сводная смета на строительство. В настоящее время одним из направлений развития строительства является применение высокопрочных бетонов в наиболее нагруженных железобетонных конструкциях. В данной работе рассмотрены особенности конструирования подземной части из высокопрочных бетонов, армирование несущих конструкций и влияние роста прочности бетона на стоимость строительства.
