Гостиничный комплекс на 200 человек с автоматизированной подземной парковкой

Abstract

Объект капитального строительства – гостиничный комплекс 8 этажей с переменной этажностью и многоуровневой подземной стоянкой автоматизированного типа TRANSLO PARKING. В состав гостиницы входят номера первой категории, номера-люксы, а также ресторан, кафе, спортивно-оздоровительная зона, детские игровые. Заданное количество мест в гостинице – 200 чел. Гостиничный комплекс располагается по адресу: г. Санкт-Петербург, Приморский район, Приморский проспект, уч. 1. Проектом предусмотрено функциональное зонирование территории с размещением автомобильной стоянки, хозяйственной зоны, зоны отдыха взрослых и детей, зоны спорта, прибрежной зоны и зоны озеленения.
