Abstract

Выполнен обзор Ñ‚ÐµÐ¾Ñ€ÐµÑ‚Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¸ Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð¶ÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ по принятию ÑƒÐ¿Ñ€Ð°Ð²Ð»ÐµÐ½Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ€ÐµÑˆÐµÐ½Ð¸Ð¹ на основе анализа Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð¾Ð¹ деятельности предприятия. Исследована Ñ Ð¾Ð·ÑÐ¹ÑÑ‚Ð²ÐµÐ½Ð½Ð°Ñ деятельность объекта работы – ПАО «Мегафон», выявлены основные проблемы в деятельности предприятия. Определены основные направления повышения эффективности деятельности предприятия и сформулированы рекомендации. Для оценки целесообразности предложений выполнены прогнозные расчеты, подтвердившие эффективность рекомендаций по совершенствованию деятельности предприятия.
