Abstract

Объектом исследования выступает ООО «Евразия». Предметом исследования являются сервис-менеджмент в сети ресторанов и суши баров Евразия. Цель работы состоит в анализе сервис-менеджмента ресторана на примере сети ресторанов и суши баров Евразии. Методическую основу работы составили научные исследования отечественных и зарубежных ученых по теории управления сетевым бизнесом. В ходе выполнения работы применялись различные методы научного исследования: выборочное наблюдение, обследование, группировка, сравнение, анализ и обобщение.
