Конвейерный автомат сборки

Abstract

Целью выпускной работы является разработка конвейерного автомата розлива и упаковки йогурта. Для разработки конструкции и технологического процесса в данной работе проведен информационный обзор базовых структур автоматических линий и транспортных механизмов. Разработаны технологический процесс, технологическая схема процесса сборки изделия. Приведена конструкция ленточного транспортера с электрическим приводом. Обоснован выбор и расположение отдельных модулей, кинематические связи входящих в них единиц. Из каталога Festo подобраны подходящие для решения поставленной задачи пневмоприводы и вакуумный захват. Также произведен выбор необходимого дозатора. Разработаны технологическая, кинематическая, пневматическая, структурно-функциональная схемы, габаритный чертёж автомата, сборочный чертёж автомата, рабочий чертёж одного из используемых кронштейнов и приводного барабана, а также 3D модель автомата.
