Определена амилолитичеÑÐºÐ°Ñ Ð°ÐºÑ‚Ð¸Ð²Ð½Ð¾Ñть Ñолодов, полученных при различных температурах Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ€Ð°Ñ‰Ð¸Ð²Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ Ð³Ñ€ÐµÑ‡Ð¸Ñ…Ð¸. Приведен график Ð·Ð°Ñ‚Ð¸Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ ÑÑ‹Ñ€ÑŒÑ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¸ иÑпользовании Ñчменного и гречишного Ñолодов.
