Abstract

Выполнено маркетинговое исследование рентабельности ресторана в курортном районе. Оценены риски и выполнены расчеты, разработано меню и составлен план развития ресторана. Разработаны мероприятия по обеспечению безопасности деятельности ресторана проектируемого предприятия , его планировочное решение и определенны основные экономические показатели.
