Abstract

Целью выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра является анализ и улучшение работы отдела информационной поддержки ПАО «Росбанк» за счет внедрения технологии Thin Client. Для достижения цели реализованы следующие задачи: - произведен анализ работы отдела технической поддержки ; - даны рекомендации по внедрению технологии Thin Client; - рассмотрены результаты и произведена оценка эффекта проделанных работ. Предполагаемые результаты от проведенных работ - снижение начальных затрат на приобретение, вследствие минимальных требований к конфигурации, безопасность и отказоустойчивость. Так же экономия времени на решение проблем системными администраторами.
