Закрученное течение в протезе кровеносного сосуда со спиральной насечкой

Abstract

С применением Ð²Ñ‹Ñ‡Ð¸ÑÐ»Ð¸Ñ‚ÐµÐ»ÑŒÐ½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¹ и ультразвукового доплеровского метода исследовано течение в Ð¼Ð¾Ð´ÐµÐ»ÑÑ Ð¿Ñ€Ð¾Ñ‚ÐµÐ·Ð° со спиральной насечкой и без нее для бедренной артерии. Проведена оптимизация Ð³ÐµÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð² протеза по результатам численного моделирования. Выбранные параметры насечки обеспечивают физиологическое значение параметра закрутки на Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ из протеза. Установлено, что в протезе со спиральной насечкой обеспечивается понижение скорости роста интимы в области шва.
