Abstract

Проведено компьютерное моделирование, которое позволило подтвердить работоспособность предложенной калибровки и оценить улучшения Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ðº модели АЦП с помощью калибровки. Согласно результатам моделирования, максимальное улучшение Ð´Ð¸Ð½Ð°Ð¼Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ðº составило 35 дБ для отношения сигнал-шум и искажения и 46 дБ для динамического диапазона, свободного от гармоник.Использование псевдослучайной последовательности в цифровой части АЦП позволило уменьшить амплитуду Ð¾ÑÐ½Ð¾Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð¿Ð°Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¸Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð³Ð°Ñ€Ð¼Ð¾Ð½Ð¸Ðº, за счет увеличения общего уровня шума на Ð²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ АЦП, что способствовало улучшению линейности АЦП.
