Радиочастотные метки на основе Ð¾Ñ€Ð³Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ‚Ñ€Ð°Ð½Ð·Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð² для систем радиочастотной идентификации

Abstract

Рассмотрены структура органического транзистора, принцип действия, вольт-амперные характеристики, конфигурации органических транзисторов. Приведены материалы, используемые в органическом транзисторе. Представлена эквивалентная схема, рассмотрены свойства и параметры органического тонкопленочного транзистора. Рассмотрены виды меток радиочастотной идентификации. Описаны структура и принцип работы РЧИД-метки. Обсуждалось, как обеспечивается амплитудно-модулированный сигнал. Разработана функциональная модель РЧИД-метки, созданная в программе MATLAB/Simulink, реализованная с использованием амплитудной манипуляции. Разработан генератор тактовых импульсов на основе органических транзисторов.
