Газотурбинная установка мощностью 16 МВт

Abstract

Целью данной работы является проектирование газотурбинной установки мощностью 16 МВт. Ð’ качестве прототипа используется турбина ПС-90ГП-2. Ð’ Ñ Ð¾Ð´Ðµ выполнения работы производится расчет тепловой ÑÑ ÐµÐ¼Ñ‹, на основании Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð²Ñ‹Ð±Ð¸Ñ€Ð°ÐµÑ‚ÑÑ оптимальная степень повышения давления в компрессоре. Проводится приближенный расчет компрессора, назначается оптимальное количество ступеней компрессора. Осуществляется расчет камеры сгорания с последующим получением её Ð³ÐµÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð². Выполняется газодинамический расчет проточной части ТК и СТ с целью получения Ð³ÐµÐ¾Ð¼ÐµÑ‚Ñ€Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ñ Ñ€Ð°Ð·Ð¼ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð² проточной части, а также производится расчет закрутки потока в последней ступени СТ при помощи программного пакета Microsoft Office. На основании Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð´Ð°Ð½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ ÑÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾ÑÑ‚ÑÑ треугольники скоростей рассматриваемой ступени и производится моделирование рабочей лопатки.
