Abstract

В данной работе изложена сущность подхода к исследованию эмоционального интеллекта преподавателя иностранного языка на основе анализов результатов опросов на выявление степени эмоционального выгорания, уровня эмоционального интеллекта и типа темперамента у педагогов школ и ВУЗов. Также прослеживается взаимосвязь между этими явлениями.
