Abstract

Проведен анализ научно-Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ литературы по исследуемой теме, на основе которого была обоснована актуальность проведенной работы. Объектом исследования является релаксация напряжений процесса экструзии термоэлектрического материала на основе теллуридов висмута, сурьмы и селена. Приведена методика определения релаксации напряжений методом единовременного нагружения с последующей фиксацией значений напряжений в образце. Произведён анализ ÐºÐ¾Ð½ÐµÑ‡Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ€ÐµÐ·ÑƒÐ»ÑŒÑ‚Ð°Ñ‚Ð¾Ð².
