Исследование влияния водорода на статическую прочность и трещиностойкость титанового сплава ПТ-7М

Abstract

В данной работе показаны современные проблемы при эксплуатации титановых сплавов в трубных системах парогенерирующего оборудования. Подробно изучено влияние водорода на механические характеристики титановых сплавов различных классов. Разработаны методики для проведения испытаний трубчатых образцов из титанового сплава ПТ-7М. Проведены исследования по влиянию различных концентраций водорода на статическую прочность и трещиностойкость элементов трубных системы из титанового сплава ПТ-7М в диапазоне температур от +20°С до +350°С.
