Abstract

Целью выпускной квалификационной работы является анализ предпосылок и результатов внедрения системы материального поощрения производственного персонала, внедренной ранее, определение ее недостатков, предложение по совершенствованию системы и оценка экономического эффекта в случае внесения изменений в систему.
