Abstract

Данная магистерская диссертации связанна повышением эффективности производства современного Ð²Ñ‹ÑÐ¾ÐºÐ¾Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾Ð³Ð¾ инструмента. Ð’ экспериментальной части диссертации исследовано влияние кривизны Ñ‚Ð²ÐµÑ€Ð´Ð¾ÑÐ¿Ð»Ð°Ð²Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ðº на остаточную кривизну стержней, также проанализированы причины возникновения кривизны заготовок. Разработаны и реализованы новые эффективные Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ðµ процессы обработки заготовок и ÐºÐ¾Ð½Ñ†ÐµÐ²Ñ‹Ñ Ñ„Ñ€ÐµÐ·, которые позволили уменьшить припуск под обработку фрез, повысить производительность обработки и сократить Ñ€Ð°ÑÑ Ð¾Ð´ материалов. Исследована точность изготовления фрез с использованием бесконтактной измерительной системы. Проведены сравнительные исследовательские испытания фрез на режущую способность. Конструкторская часть магистерской диссертации посвящена разработке приспособлений для обработки не ÑÐ¿ÐµÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ð·Ð°Ð³Ð¾Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²Ð¾Ðº. Также модернизирован Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс изготовления детали «Фреза концевая». К модернизации относились такие задачи, как: уменьшение припусков под Ð¼ÐµÑ Ð°Ð½Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÑƒÑŽ обработку за счет уменьшения кривизны заготовок Ð¾ÑÐµÐ²Ñ‹Ñ Ð¸Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð², за счет предварительного отбора заготовок с заданной прямолинейностью.
