Исследование электронного уровня с радиосигналом

Abstract

В данной работе проведено исследование уровня с радиосигналом. Изложены методы измерения и оценки прямолинейности и плоскостности с применением электронного уровня. Проведен анализ геометрических параметров станков которые можно измерить с помощью электронного уровня. Описан порядок измерений станка matec-40P и приведены результаты измерений. Выделены проблемы обнаруженные в ходе эксплуатации уровня и даны рекомендации по их устранению. Разработан технологический процесс изготовления детали “Мостик”.
