Ð¢ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¸Ð¹ процесс изготовления детали «Ступица переднего колеса»

Abstract

Ð’ первой части выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлен анализ Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡Ð½Ð¾ÑÑ‚Ð¸ обрабатываемой детали “Ступица переднего колеса”, проанализированы вопросы выбора заготовки и методов ее получения, проведена разработка Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð³Ð¾ процесса изготовления детали, осуществлен выбор оборудования и Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ñ‡ÐµÑÐºÐ¾Ð¹ оснастки, произведен расчет режимов резания и нормирование операций. Во втором разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлен порядок расчета Ñ€ÐµÐ¶ÑƒÑ‰Ð¸Ñ Ð¸Ð½ÑÑ‚Ñ€ÑƒÐ¼ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð¾Ð²: фасонный призматический резец, комплект метчиков и червячная фреза. Ð’ третьем разделе выпускной квалификационной работы бакалавра представлена автоматизация одного Ð¿ÐµÑ€ÐµÑ Ð¾Ð´Ð° обработки заготовки - обработка второй фаски детали «валик». Были проанализированы и выбраны загрузочное устройство и отсекатель. Также был произведен расчет элементов загрузочного устройства и построена циклограмма работы загрузочного устройства и станка.
