Abstract

Данная работа посвящена разработке Ñ‚ÐµÑ Ð½Ð¾Ð»Ð¾Ð³Ð¸Ð¸ изготовления дискового лазера, работающего на Ð¼Ð¾Ð´Ð°Ñ ÑˆÐµÐ¿Ñ‡ÑƒÑ‰ÐµÐ¹ галереи на основе выращенной молекулярно-пучковой эпитаксией наногетероструктуры AlGaAsSb/GaInAsSb. Она направлена на создание лазеров для спектрального диапазона 2-5 мкм. Отличительной особенностью Ñ‚Ð°ÐºÐ¸Ñ Ð»Ð°Ð·ÐµÑ€Ð¾Ð² является высокая добротность, которая на два порядка выше, чем у Фабри-Перо лазера. Приводятся результаты исследований Ð¿Ð¾Ð»ÑƒÑ‡ÐµÐ½Ð½Ñ‹Ñ Ñ Ð°Ñ€Ð°ÐºÑ‚ÐµÑ€Ð¸ÑÑ‚Ð¸Ðº прибора. Показаны Ð¸Ñ ÑÐ»ÐµÐºÑ‚Ñ€Ð¾Ð»ÑŽÐ¼Ð¸Ð½Ð¸ÑÑ†ÐµÐ½Ñ‚Ð½Ñ‹Ðµ свойства, диаграмма направленности и мощность излучения.
