Abstract

Объектом исследования являются электронно- и дырочно-легированные манганиты различных систем. Целью работы является получение экспериментальных данных по температурным зависимостям удельного сопротивления, коэффициентов термоэдс и Нернста-Эттингсгаузена при температурах выше и ниже температуры перехода в магнетоупорядоченное состояние (ТС) и сравнительное исследование их аномального поведения вблизи ТС. В первой части работы представлен литературный обзор основных свойств манганитов. Во второй части описана методика проведения экспериментов. В третьей части приведены полученные температурные зависимости кинетических коэффициентов и их качественный анализ. Обнаружено аномальное поведение коэффициента Нернста-Эттингсгаузена и проанализированы его возможные причины. Подробно исследовано поведение всех трех кинетических коэффициентов в области перехода в магнетоупорядоченное состояние.
